Here are the steps I used to easily peel my peaches:
Start with fresh ripe peaches.
Drop peaches (as many as will comfortably fit) into a pot of boiling water and allow them to rest in the pot for 45 seconds to 1 minute.
Immediately transfer the peaches to a bowl of ice water.
Pinch a piece of skin by the stem of the peach and being to peel. The skin should easily slide off in a few large pieces.
Slice peaches for your favorite recipes, for eating, or put them in a freezer bag and freeze for future uses.
